    Illumix accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard, as well as online payment methods such as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

    Yes, Illumix offers free shipping for all orders.
  3. How Can I Track My Order?
    Once your order is dispatched, Illumix will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. Use this link to monitor your shipment’s status.

  4. What Is Illumix’s Return Policy?
    Illumix allows returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Note that custom or personalized items are excluded from returns. You can find more information here.

  5. How Long Does Shipping Take?
    Illumix processes orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-9 business days, depending on the current circumstances.
